The lake boasts incredible fishing opportunities and stunning views, while the property features private, groomed trails for a variety of winter activities and beautiful sunsets that creep in from their westerly perch to light these private cottage retreats.

Outdoor Fun
Springwood presents a veritable winter wonderland of activities on ten acres of property, exposing guests to the best of Canadian winter. Slip on snowshoes for a relaxed wander around the private groomed trails of the property, or rent a snowmobile or ATV to quicken the pace of your adventures. A skating rink is available upon request so you can glide across the glistening blanket that covers the beautiful lakefront, and Springwood offers ice fishing excursions complete with heated wooden ice huts. You can supplement ice fishing fun with a professional guide and outdoor cook.

Accommodations and Amenities
To warm up after frosty voyages, Springwood offers hot tubs and a cedar barrel wet and dry sauna. Firewood is available so you can construct a barrier against winter's chill and enjoy the light it casts into the darkness. All cottages that are available during winter time have satellite TV and DVD player, and a large selection of movies are available for rent. The cottages have plenty of space and a warm, inviting decor, with private kitchenette and outdoor patio. The property also offers outdoor cooking stations so guests can craft their own sustenance after active days outside.  

Off the Property
For those who wish to truly dive in to classic winter pastimes, the property is close to E 108, a main artery for snowmobile enthusiasts. Of interest to those who wish to spend more time indoors, the Land O' Lakes region is home to the largest collection of fine art available for sale in Canada.
