In an area that serves as the gateway to Nice, and the crossroads to the Alpes Maritimes region and Italy, Saint-Laurent-du Var is a French Riviera icon of a town. The lively beach is full of sunbathers and volleyball players. Mouthwatering aromas emanate from restaurants and terraces that line the waterside promenade, and warm Mediterranean breezes flow in from the sea at dusk. Sights & Attractions
Located 100 metres from the beaches, the nearest and most obvious attraction is the pristine beach. However, if swimming in the sea isn't your glass of wine, there is a fairly large swimming pool on site, in addition to a separate children's pool, tennis courts and a youth play area. There are water sports to take part in, accessible on the beach, nearby golf courses, a horseback riding establishment, tennis courts and more. There are, of course, the exceptional sites of the Cote d'Azur, in Nice and the Promenade des Anglais, the principality of Monaco, and Cagnes sure Mer, a town that features Renoir's estate, a grand residence surrounded by olive trees, the Medieval castle at le Haut-de-Cagnes and the Cros quarter, founded by Italian fishermen in the nineteenth century. Additionally, there are the billionaires of the "Montmartre of the Cote d'Azur", Cap Ferrat peninsula, and Saint Paul de Vence.
Your Accommodations
The apartment studios with air conditioning are the ultimate home-away-from-home, and not just because they are situated on the French Riviera. The studios are built for four people, with one double sofa bed and an open sleeping alcove with two bunk beds. There is one full bathroom in the studio, and other amenities include a coffee maker, duvet, fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, TV and wireless internet access (for an extra charge). Linens are provided, as are cleaning products, and upon request you have access to hairdryers, iron, games and books.
