Rome: Italy's ancient stronghold
Once the centre of the known world, Rome is bursting with recognizable sites. From the haunting silhouette of a once revered stadium to the imposing dome of the Vatican's impressive St. Peter's Basilica, travellers will continuously stumble into postcard perfect scenes. Travel up the Spanish Steps, make a wish at the Trevi Fountain, or enjoy a slice of pizza or dollop of gelato while you watch the crowds flood through the ancient streets. As part of your tour you'll enjoy a panoramic walking tour of the city where you can imagine the chariots that raced through the Roman Forum, and feel the energy of the ancient crowds surge past you at the epic Coliseum.

Florence: Italy's fair child
Once the centre of the Medici court, and heralded as the birthplace of the Renaissance, Florence has retained its reputation as the best looking place in Italy. Characterized by its medieval streets, towering dome, and artistic treasures, the city of Florence is to Renaissance Italy what Rome is to the country's ancient days. En route to Florence you'll pause in the beautiful Tuscan countryside to visit the famous Piazza Del Campo in Siena, before you head on to admire Giotto's Bell Tower, the Baptistery Doors and the Church of Santa Croce during a sightseeing tour. You'll also enjoy a guided tour of Pisa and free time to seek out the statue of David or the Uffizi Gallery (home to works by Da Vinci, Botticelli, Michelangelo, Raphael and Rembrandt).

Venice/San Marino: Italy's true romantic
In Venice you'll find a sense of romance quietly flowing through every hidden corner. Here Bohemian-chic street vendors sell glittering masks abreast the city's famous canals and marble churches, while the impressive St. Mark's Square dominates the dry land of Venice. Seek out a lazy gondola ride to the sounds of an eager serenade before departing for nearby San Marino. You'll also enjoy time in the quaint religious town of Assissi - standing in honour of St. Francis - where crosses are sewn into shrubbery while poetic postcards hold messages of humanity and hope.
