There are two a la carte restaurants; Aqua, featuring international and local cuisine and Cielo, with Italian selections. A la carte restaurants require reservations, and a dress code is in effect (long pants for men). There is also an international buffet for quicker, more convenient (yet equally as scrumptious) meals. Additionally, Captain Bligh's, the bar on site, offers up all of your favourite domestic and international beverages.
